Only way I can test is trying your
VAS portal ID and password in my system/different combinations.
You can PM these and later you, can change the Password. I will try only after 9 P.M.
could you check the telphone bills in Selfcare portal ?

Para three:
For ECS: Once standing instructions are given, it is automatically debited
from your acct every month.
I opted for ECS years back.
I get the printed Bill
and if any problem, /excess billing/
I have to talk to the A.O. or go to nearest Exchange. ( The local .A.O checks in his/her computer the details)
( ECS debited on 30th or 31st of each month )
If time is available they amend the Bill amount in the statement to RBI. Else following month excess payment ( if any ) is adjusted.
