Hi All,
I am having terrible problem with BSNL internet since last 2 months. I have inteermitant internet connectivity and DSL light suddenly starts blinking from steady state and hence no internet. BSNL technician everytime comes and says its problem with your internal wiring but I suspect hes technically weak and not able to identify the problem. This is so because if I make it direct (without splitter), then it works for sometime.
Now 3 days back, one technician had come and after he manipulated something in junction box, I am not even getting DSL blinking.
Any suggestions on how I can restore my internet ? Any idea who should I speak to because I have lodged my complaint innumerous times and all I got is docket number each time.
