Thread: how to get the bandwidth meter

i am broadband user home combo 500 plan in kerala circle. recently i am not able to get the bandwidth meter. when i click on it it says, you are not authorised to view it. i used to get it. thus i could know the ip address from where the downloading presently taking place. another thing i want to point out is earlier i used to get the plan name above my serivce records. but nowadays it is not visible .i checked- my order,my sevices,my profile. kindly help.
