    Default strange problem in dlink 502t modem

    hi..

    i have been using dlink 502t modem for my bsnl internet connection for the past 3 years now im facing strange problem..
    the lan indicator in the modem blinks for few seconds and turns off and like this this been happening and my lan status in the computer is disconnected.. before that it works perfect and when i start using it in the usb mode it works perfect..i dont know which one is causing this trouble whether my modem or my motherboard...i use new intel DG41RQ with core2duo E7500..
    so can anyone help me in this issue..

    Not from the motherbord I think. The connector RJ45 may cause the problem or the Female port of the RJ45 may cause the problem. The female port RJ45 of both side the Router and the Motherbord any one of them have the problem. Try with changing the RJ45 Cable.

    lan cable was fault and i have replaced it with a new one...
    it works now..
