    Option 1:
    Start/Network/LAN/Properties
    Network settings page
    Check tcp/ip
    properties
    Enter 192.168.1.10
    subnet 255.255.255.0
    gateway 192.168.1.1 ( for modem )
    APPLY SAVE.
    try again.

    Option 2 :
RESET the modem with power on
    for 20 to 30 seconds.
Again try default 192.168.1.1 admin password.

Same link earlier given ( for UT300r2U) ,
    see main menu for settings.
IN Tools Menu item TR-069 _client
    if seen Uncheck.

    Feedback.

    1.
    Start RUn type cmd Ok
    New window
    type ipconfig /all
    Copy/paste data here.

2.If you access the modem settings,
    try for "AlwaysOn" PPPoE .
    Uncheck "Bridged" in WAN page.
    Select PPPoE etc.

    3. Did you try Option 1 ?
    4.
    Start run cmd OK
    ping 192.168.1.1

    5. Confirm you have the drivers
for connecting Beetel220BX1 in USB mode.
