Whenever there is disconnection check your ip.
    Current IP Check
    If different Bsnl problem
    2.
You can also try Google aND OPEN DNS
    8.8.8.8. AND 208.67.222.222
    3.
Probably your Mod mode is ADSL2 +
change to GDMT in DSL menu page.
    Uncheck adsl2 +

    after unchecking ADS2 + box
    and also Bitswap enabled
you should save and reboot and wait for two minutes.

Yes . That was the advice given by BSNL some time back.
With the new UT300R2U ( Advanced options under NAT with Virtual server/porttriggering menu items removed )
    this PPPoE solution may work.

I would say that Anucs_in is lucky that being a home 750 U/L customer, his connection is programmed by bsnl for 2044 and 33x above, generally it s only 256Kbps.
the SNR is not bad( can be better at 30 above), attenuation is also appearing as if he may be within a Km from the exchange. However, he may check for any dry joints.

Default please help frequent disconnection ut300r2u (every 10 mins)

    hi,
I am also facing the same problem with the same adsl modem (UT300R2u).
I am getting frequent disconnection for every 10 minutes and its getting connected automatically. same process happening of LED blinking without power off of the modem.

I tried unchecking the adsl2+ but its unchecked in my settings but still I am getting this problem. what should I do?

after observing it for one night:

I find its better than before but the problem is not solved still.

here are the settings of my dsl:

    tmecfriends.com/adsl_stats.jpg link N/A
    .
    tmecfriends.com/ web site Ok

    http://www.calcutta.bsnl.co.in/datao...all/drg04.html
In Tools check menu Tr_ 069 client ( if seen )
    if enabled uncheck.
This modem usually does not have Port triggering Virtual server menu items under Advanced Options. ( depends on Firmware )
