Thread: BSNL service in Punjab?

Hi,I am a new bsnl bb user in punjab .I have been using bsnl broadband using homecombo750 unlimited plan for a month.The speeds are great but service is shocking.During the last 25 days,I've not been able to connect to internet for about 7 full days.Sometimes the phone line goes "dead" and other times,server is down for "technical reasons".Is any of you in living in punjab facing the same problems?How about bsnl service in ur respective states?I was hoping to change my plan to Homecombo1350 but after seeing this,I thing I should change my plan.

A written complain with receipt to the Nodal officer and Appellate authority may help. Address and phone no on the back side of your bill. Or talk to the senior divisional engineer.
