good news . Finally, my Broadband connection now working....happy
Last day, I called Area Manager and explained my grievances . And he assured me the problem be solved soon . I got my connection back in the evening on the very day itself !! .
Thanks to all who were with me in this bad time . thanks to indranil , meetdilip , essebee for providing valuable suggestions and troubleshooting...its over now.
