Angry Wifi modem (ITI), DSL keeps blinking at night, cant connect to internet, error 678

I have 750 UL wifi BSNL BB. Since last 3 days whenever I try to connect to internet through PPPOE dialer than I get Error 678.

I see that LED of DSL in modem (ITI) keeps blinking.

And this thing happens ONLY DURING NIGHT! During day time everthing works and DSL LED is also ON.

I did registered few complaints .... but as we all know BSNL is ages behind in customer service. They guy tells me if problem occurs during day than we can visit ... how can we help during night!!

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Keep the modem on. Do not switch off
Check whether connection is lost suddenly.
    and you cannot reconnect.
    While connected check
    Stat RUn type cmd Ok
    New window
    type ipconfig /all
    COPY/Paste data here.
    Problem: Error-678
    Description:
This is most common problems. It is due to poor connectivity. Problem can be anywhere between B.RAS - Tier 2 - DSLAM - Modem - PC of the customer.
    Remedy:
Switch off / Switch on Modem (Power Switch at the back of modem ) and wait for 2 minutes. Then retry.
If problem is not solved then Reset Modem [Back pin (in the hole) to be pressed in switched ON condition]
[Note : Link PC in black type Modem or WAN / LAN in white type Modem will go Off and then ON and system may be stable. Then retry.]
If problem is still not solved then
a)Check link lamp in Black type Modem or WAN lamp in White Modem. If it is blinking, then it is line problem.
    b)Check Modem to splitter connectivity.
    i) Jack in & Jack out the cable of / to the modem and to the splitter
ii)Jack in & Jack out the telephone connection of the splitter.
If lamp is still blinking - then it is due to poor line condition / fault.
The case has to be referred to Area Broadband Team for attending the fault.

I have white ITI modem .. the DSL LED/light keeps blinking and it happens only during night ... so I think as mentioned in above posts I'll have to call BSNL people to fix the line ... am not sure if those people even know something even close to customer service ..

Default During day time everthing works and DSL LED is also ON

    1.
Please observe the (system )Laptop for a
day or two, and report any problem , when used in wire connect ( lanport to Ethernet port of laptop with a Rj45 cable ).
To confirm the modem/router is DNA A211-I
    Device info is needed.
    2.
    How to get Device INFO
    Just type in Browser
    192.168.1.1
    When window appears enter
    user id admin password admin
    Then
    a menu page will open.
Just give the modem /router details.
    Example : COPY/Paste here.
    Device Info

    Board ID: 96338L-2M-8M
    Software Version: 3.12L.01.A2pB023k.d20k_rc2
    Bootloader (CFE) Version: 1.0.37-0.7
    OR
screen shot ( Picture ) confirm same as yours.

    3.
    Software update; for modem/s
    Usually not done.
But for modem DNA A211-I SEM company has recommended a soft ware update.
Reported to be an unstable model.
If your problem is not solved
    ( error 678 etc ), .
without confirmation , suggesting this , may make your model go faulty.
