Go to http://192.168.1.1 and enter username and password admin , admin and then go to DSL STATUS page and post everything here like RATE, SNR and everything.

See that if you are getting errors then check your line for problems.

Your SNR is too low that is not enough to get even a stable connection. call them and they will send you a line man that will check for problem in your line. Just see you have great count of SUPER FRAME ERRORS that should be absent

hello friends i m also suffering from slow speed of bsnl from last 3 days before download speed is 200+ kbps and also i can watch videos without buffering.
but one its disconnected due to non payment of bill when i pay that bill my download speed reduced to 50 to 60 kbps only when i changed my dns servers when i starts download a file in first four seconds its about 250+ kbps but it reduces to 60 kbps in other seconds of time .
please help me about this...................
how i can get rid of it.
