    Default Changing plan?

    Hi,I am a new user using homecombo 750 plan.I have just received my first month bill.Now I want to change my plan to homecombo 1350 unlimited to give a try for few months.Whom should I call and do I need to write any application?Also if I apply before 30th of this december,Will my plan be changed from next month?

    You need to give a written request at your exchange. Plan change normally happens on the first week of every month.

    just send a written application to the local exchange.....

    ur plan will be changed next month........

    i recommend u to submit application before 25th of december.

    Hi guys,
    I am from Hyderabad. Using BSNL broadband since February '09. I was using Home 500 Combo but the 1.5 GB limit was too less for me and my bills for past 4 months were around 1000. This is mainly because of BSNL charging from 8.00 to 8.29 AM.
    But I felt the need for 2.5 GB limit and wanted to change to Home 500 Combo PLUS. So I just picked up the phone and called up customer service (18004241600) and requested that my plan be changed. My plan was changed within 4 hours of my request. I had made the request yesterday night at 8 PM and I checked it at midnight and I was in new plan.
    BSNL has improved a lot in the past few months. I am very happy to have chosen BSNL.

    status.
    Hyderabad BSNL BB users have to check in
    Selfcare portal. their usage etc.
    messsage scroll in data.bsnl.in
    ( Not sure about 59.xx.xx.xx users )

    Please go the nearest exchange and give the application. Additional security Deposit will have to be paid in Advance or with next bill
    ( w.e.f January 2010)

    Yes they generated a request in the selfcare portal as soon as I called them. The status of the request was complete by midnight. I can see my plan name in the selfcare portal. I called the customer care too to triple check.
    @meetdilip
    As essbebe already mentioned, the old portal doesn't work for Hyderabad users

    this will help many......

    and it will also save petrol

    cause i have to go on scooty approx 1KM for a page.....i also have other work to do
