I am not be able to install drivers. (*USB?)

Presume you are trying to install USB drivers for use with USB port of your Desktop/Laptop computer.
If so, uninstall the drivers from system.
    Remove the modem.
Downlaod the drivers from CD or from Hardisk ( if copied ) to say C:/Modem831AII/USBdrivers.
Now reconnect modem/usb cable and restart system
Let WINdows 7 detect new hardware.
    Ask for drivers.
    try to load them.
If you get Security warning Ignore.
then if you get "BOD" ( BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH) OR system crashes no hope.
Use only the Lan port of the unit.
( to update search company's website, if problem is in LAN port )

From where, did you download the USB drivers ?

see the driver/s download link given at the end. ( not for WIN7 or vista . given for trial )

    hi dude,

in most cases, i've seen that the usb drivers for XP/2000 should work with vista, no problems

but i've seen that usb drivers for linux are much harder to find.

thankfully, though, lan and wireless drivers are easy to get
