Thread: Finally +ve mistake from BSNL :D

I used to change plans a lot in bsnl.(since accounts officer is just a call away)
I have seen mistakes from bsnl in every plan change.After that i'll call AO (he is very friendly) n he will fix it in minutes n i'll b paying the updated bill.
few months ago i observed a +ve mistake from bsnl in 500C+ plan.But i didnt stick to it n changed to 500C.But last month i decided to test it again n applied for plan change to 500C+ and it worked.I am getting 175 free calls in 500C+ plan worth 125 RS Hope this continues for some more months until next server update

Yeah sure its 500 C+ from the date of plan change
Its 500C+ not 500 C and i get 2.5gb every month

BSNL 500C+ rental is 600 and i am getting 20% off so its 480

This is a bump.

I changed my plan from 500 C+ to home UL 750.There are no free calls and it doesnt include rental of 110/-

But I am getting 175 free calls with out any rental

so 750 - 20 % = 600

600+tax =663

My scanner isnt working so I couldnt post the pic.

I heard that recently BSNL increases the free calls in 500c+.
May be that's why you are getting this free calls.
Recently i went to BSNL office where a person come to change his plan from 500c+ to 500c. And the officer tried to convince him and he told him that they got some new circular that free calls are increases in 500c+ plan.


Free call increases to 250 for 500c+.

Actually I have 20% off in fixed charge that should be 600 but I am getting rental as 480 so 36% off

You are lucky with the bill, some users get 2Mbps download speed in UL 750 plan after change the plan from 250 and 500.

Hi,

The problem here is that billing is no more with core BSNL. It has been outsourced to TCS. Which in other words is a synonym for mistakes errors and arrogance.
I am facing this issue since the day the billing structure changes.

Please check in your Usage portal
order status.
when tariff plan discontinued and fresh plan provisioned.
There is confusion with old and new nomenclature of all tariff plans.

I had 59.xx.xx.xx for three/four years. Home 250 and Airtel U/L 2 Mbps (0900PM to 0800PM)
Disconnected both when proceeded abroad for six months stay. ( both wanted monthly payment. to retain the BB connection )


See no difference. Speed is Ok. Distance to exchange ( as the crow flies !) about 500meters.Main Telephone Cable Junction Board 20 meters from my house.
