Go to data.bsnl.in, under my orders, enter the phone no in prescribed format and hit search. You will get a table with plan details.

i get an error: "No Records Found"

Probably it MAY show when you apply for a PLAN CHANGE.

i applied for plan change 3-4 months ago.its changed.

but the same error-"No Records Found"

You need to enter the phone no in the format 22#255863. Just checked myself, can see my order status as changed on March 5 th.

If the phone no is 022-255863 enter it as 22#255863

and if it starts with 01674(example) then?

If STD code is 01674 and no is 01674 - 123456 enter as 1674#123456

Tried same result . No records.
Consumer No.:as in bill 12 digits
Telephone 53#1234567 ( dummy) ( Not sure of test user: not mine )
UserID: as for internet connection with without @ bsnl.in

Anyway glad @imrock problem solved.

Not sure why it is happening like that. I entered only my telephone no.

Just for info.
Does the consumer number appear automatically ?
12 digit number . I did not enter it .
Also error window asks any input ( Not all ).
Tried without Phone number also.

Consumer no never appears. Only phone no is enough. May be it is different for 59.xx.xx.xx users.
