    Default plz plz help me bsnl fake usage..

    Hi plz tell me that is this data usage fake?

    for any secuirty reason i can not add image link directly

    im not usage that downloading..
    also tell me how its possible to download 2.58gb only 45min?
    in 2mb data speed plan maximum downloading in 1hour is 700mb..

    maybe u r in PPPOE mode and u and anyone else(unknown) has used ur wifi(if u use it) and the total usage becomes this.

    also check ur pc for viruses.do a full scan.viruses may download things anytime and any size.

    also send a written complaint with the image printed to BSNL.

    This is the problem of night unlimited period.They have updated their servers but now its showing another bug.You started downloading at 3.40 and didnt restart your modem at 8 and it was continued till 8.45.They are showing that they disconnected at 8 and started new session.But unfortunately your NU usage carried forward to non NU time and you are billed.It means NU is still in danger zone so dont stop modem restarting.Some people here told that BSNL has updated its servers and no need to restart the modem anymore.But now new problem with servers.i was always in safe side and never stopped modem restarting.

    BSNL can do anything............. One of such case is here. We all know that this 01 -01 - 2010. but in my account BSNL has counted the usage for 10-01-2010. ha ha ha ha ha.

    WTH BSNL has charged me for the usage on 10th January....Did their software use a time machine or what...


    Another example if you see in row no. 13 that BSNL did not end the session at 2.00 am. I disconnected at 2.02 before starting downloading. I have to return to the older method of rebooting now when scheduling downloads

    They have f***ed up their servers.They have already charged me for the usage till jan 22

    I think their billing servers got Y2K10 problem. They should fix it ASAP.

    From the format of the usage page seems it is ALL India complaint,
    as well as for Hyderabad users . for whom Different format.. is used.

    ALSO CAN ANYONE TELL WHETHER MY PLAN HAS CHANGED FROM HOME 250 TO HOME 500 C By Looking at The Screen Shot...

    As it is showing 0 usage in free time, so your plan is definitely changed...

    no problem for 59.xx.xx.xx users.
    Just now tested mine.
    Also probable BSNL is testing.
    These readings may be deleted within a day or two.
    Let us wait and watch.
