Your SNR and attenuation values seems to be poor. Do you face disconnection problems. Get your line checked by the line man.

Untile your Rate 895 to 2048 you dont get the 200 to 220KBps download speed.

Go to your ADSL router's GUI web page. Then go to Advance Setup then DSL
Cheak only G.DMT and uncheak all other option

Then save your seetings and restart your router

Then cheak your Line Download rate

    Attenuation (dB): 64.0 38.5
The problem is with your line iitself...... check for any loose contacts, improper isolations etc.....

Ideally, the values must be as follows.....

    Downstream Upstream
    SNR Margin (dB): 34.7 18.1
    Attenuation (dB): 13.0 5.0
    Output Power (dBm): 12.3 -1.7
    Attainable Rate (Kbps): 21866 1285
    Rate (Kbps): 2045 861
MSGc (number of bytes in overhead channel message): 72 14
B (number of bytes in Mux Data Frame): 24 11
M (number of Mux Data Frames in FEC Data Frame): 1 8
T (Mux Data Frames over sync bytes): 2 7
R (number of check bytes in FEC Data Frame): 16 16
S (ratio of FEC over PMD Data Frame length): 0.4147 3.7966
L (number of bits in PMD Data Frame): 791 236
    D (interleaver depth): 64 8
    Delay (msec): 6 7

Take a print out of this info and approach the Junior Telecom Officer (JTO) of your area, and seek help to improve your line and net conditions. He would definitely respond.
Please also check whether you plugged the splitter cables wrongly?
the incoming copper pair from BSNL should go to LINE , Modem to DATA or MODEM and finally the phone instrument to PHONE
even if the connecting wires are ( the end plug) are corroded, you suffer this problem.

In case you kept this in a more moist areas or places where chemical fumes come, corrosion is possible. they can be plugged out and and inspected for bright co wires inside. if the wires inside are corroded and look dull, you may locally purchase and replace the interconnecting wires.
BTW, how far are you from your local telephone exchange, any Idea?

You SNR values are below acceptable limit, get your line checked.

    SNR Margin (dB): old 2.0 6.1 new 14.1 5.9
    Attenuation (dB): 64.0 38.5 : 61.5 36.1

    TRY Mod mode GDMT.
    Try to exchange the modem.
Your line conditions should improve further.
