because i was having problem with wifi.i called BSNL and they came in less than 1hr and solved my problem.
i am happy now.

All I can say is BSNL offers pretty good service but there few exchanges where service is poor especially customer care. Overall it is very good compared to other ISPs with regard to the pricing, speed and uptime.
I had used Beam cable earlier and it was costlier, MUCH slow and uptime was only 80%.
I am giving it 4...Will give it 5 when they increase their speed

i was sitting somewhat far from them.
they advised me that not to change the mode(PPPoE OR BRIDGE)
But who listens.i will when i wish
i have done once.
well in my case bsnl ppl were more of idiots..after two days of complaining, their engineers ,line man all visited chked the lines n all settings....still ,till now my bb is not working....

V.good I like bsnl service very good so i will rate it 8.79%out of 10
1.21% because of server down!
I am satisfied with customer service!
For customer service 9.1%out of 10
0.9% deducted due to their supreme posts which they think they're on the top of the ""WORLD""
As I get around 4 Mbps speed on upto 2 Mbps plan without any downtime, interruption; I would rate the service as "Excellent".
