wrong bsnl usage

Angry wrong bsnl usage

i am using bsnl broadband.... when i check my usage details i found that the details are wrong..... today's date is 03.01.2010.... in usage it is shown that i used broadband on 11.01.2010, 21.01.2010, 22.10.2010.... and the usage is high in those times..... how to complaint this problem....

a written letter to JTO of your exchange. get your port binded from BSNL. change your username password if you feel that some other person has used your net.

For January 2010 , many users have observed this "BUG"
reporting abnormal usage etc for future dates.
I have sent email to CC Chennai, who normally
responds to my emails.
See other threads on same subject.
Will update later.
Please give feedback if problem solved.

By the way,
Your Consumer number ( from
telephone bill) is it 8 digit number say 23456789 ?

Yes, This error from the BSNL. This is confirm.

its probably a technical error at the bsnl usage site.. it happens quite often!!

Walk in to their customer service head office (Regional office), take an appointment with some senior manager.
They are very helpful, talk politely and show them the numbers.. just be confident in presenting the numbers ( most likely they would just take what you say),
it works. Only problem is if you come across some snob., but thats luck.
