Default UL 750 AND VOICE CHAT QUALITY!!! plzz help

    Hai frnds,

currently i am using 500cplus plan.since my usage is much higher than alloted 2.5 gb i am planning to change to UL750 plan. But the problem is that i am using net connection mainly for voice chatting.since my siblings are abroad i spend a lot of time for voice chatting..

Speed provided for ul750 is 256kbps.So is it possible do voice chatting in that speed?..what will be the sound quality?..which is the best chat client for ul750 connection...please help me frnds....

I too use UL 750. You can do voice that with a little or no buffering. I use gtalk to chat. Please note it will not be same as 500 plans. There will be some amount of buffering still managable.

No. There was no need. Gtalk worked fine.

Yes -- skype works absolutely fine. I've been using it for over a year, and have seldom had any problems due to buffering/low speed.

Skype uses a far better technology then gtalk and the lag would be minimum when using skype be it any connection.

Use Skype and you'll be fine.
