Thread: Wrong/fake Usage Details by data.bsnl.in Portal. Help Me Please.

    Today I noticed that no records for unbilled Jan 2010. until yesterday it was there and denoting correctly. all at a sudden yesterday night all things gone. first error 500 message showed, today morning BSNL Portal came and log in made possible but it gave me message that unable to retrieve data from server. now I'm facing such problem. Is it a server down or repairing going on at their part? I'm confused.

    Guys, look whats happening here. Portal is not showing old data. My 450 MBs counted data is not being showed now. Seems these peoples are testing some things again.

    ya... its happening with me too and for my friend also..!

    dont know how it shows usage values low. earlier it was showing some 280Mb's , but now it shows only 41Mb.. dont know how? BSNL is in some plan..

    BSNL portal usage details have been stopped maintenance.

    Is it till the end of the month (feb 2010)?

    Quite unlikely. It may come back after a week or so.

    No. Try tomorrow.
    In the meantime use shaplus meter to keep track of usage from today. ( NU recording, if any can be disabled )

    I have reason to worry, they have charged me 800+ for usage, i never used. no doubt it is happening due to their portal issue,

    Post your usage details page after blackening personal details. Hope you know that we need to switch ON and off the modem a little after 2.00 am and a little before 8.00 am.

    To complain, try the Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE) or Nodal officer or Appellate authority. Address and phone no on the backside of your bill.
