This Problem is being faced all over India ...prolly due to a Y2010 bug in bsnl servers..
Really BSNL has gone crazy. Till morning, I though I am the only one facing this type of issue. But from last 5-6 hours, so many peoples have reported same problem.
Hope it get solved very soon for all such users & without putting us in wrong billing details.

Please check with consumer number and verify.
Really BSNL has gone haywire............
Just started january and my usage already shows upto 31st................. :P
I have checked right now with consumer number method. It is working perfectly.
BSNL has now corrected the mistake.
