BSNL home 250 will be charged because you will use the BSNL IP to connect to your remote computer.

Nowadays, most connections are port binded. ie, you can dial your id and password only through your telephone line. Most probably you wont able to connect.

Presume you want to use both wifi routers as access points. 1 These wifi routers will not work. (WDM facility needed)2. You need a high power wifi repeater.
    3. Distance involved?
    4. In short, the WIFI network name of your
Home connection should appear in any other
computer ( secured/unsecured) signal strength may vary depending on height of the locations

    More "GYAN"
    Engenius EOR7550 dual band radio

Usually, in these situations, a single group of
wireless-g distribution access points connected to
the main internet connection will not server well. To
get the wireless down by the pool or beach would
require an unacceltably long run of cat-5 cable.

The new EOR7550 solves that problem at a
surprisingly affordable cost. The EOR7550 is two
radios in a single box. The first is a high power
802.11a radio with a highly directional antenna,
which can be used for the long backhaul to the main

internet connection. With good line of sight and
proper antennas, this backhaul can be up to 5
    miles in length
    .

The second radio is a regular 802.11g access point
with a omni-directional antenna which is used to
connect the user's laptops or wireless phones........
The EOR7550 is available at internet stores for less
    than $200.
