Presume you are a new user of BSNL BB and welcome to Indiabroadband.net.
As a user with userID abcd 1234 @ bsnl in
to change the default Password given by
BSNL,
2.you have to get a second set
14digit usageportal ID and PW as password
from your exchange.
3. Then use it in BSNL Portal
Here you can check your usage, change Passwords, change of plan etc.

4. In case you want to use @bsnl.in
ID for email , ask for this also from your exchange.
