Default software to record the disconnections

i've got a dlink 892c modem and am on bsnl plan 500c+

my connection disconnects every 20 minutes or so .. its random .. due to low SNR ..

can u guys suggest a good software to log my disconnections.. i wanna know when and for how long i get disconnected

because during night unlimited time the connection breaks up atleast 15 times and i've noticed it takes anywhere from 15 seconds to 30 minutes to connect back ...

    basically i want a logging tool ...

You can see in bsnl usage, how much time it is disconnected.

You are in bridge mode or PPPoE mode?

to go in modem page (default: 192.168.1.1) you just need a active modem.
