    Default BSNL authentication failure

    Hello all,

I am in Candolim, Goa. Just got BSNL UL750 last week and it has been nothing but trouble. Frequent disconnections and now having trouble with authentication failures.

This is the error I found on google....

"Error-691 UserID/Password mismatch/problem. In other words this is an authentication failure dueto a wrongly typed userid/password or due to a disabled account (eg; Non-Paymentdisconnection or wrong port-binding)."

(can't post a link coz its my 1st post)

My userID/Password are good and the bill has been paid so it has to be a wrong port binding. Can't get help from support right now. Is there anyway I can fix this problem on my own?

    Thanks in advance!

Call BSNL and ask them to change your port. In the mean time, post your SNR and attenuation values.

Your number looks fantastic, so there is no line problem, just ask bsnl to change port, & your problem will get solved.

Your attenuation values are poor. Get your line checked. Contact your local exchange and ask for the no of concerned person.

Mention your modem model make number.
    Change mod mode to GDMT
    Uncheck Box against ADSL2+
    Keep bitswap enabled.
    Confirm you use "Dialer" mode
( enter userID/PW in computer window )OR
    Always On PPPoE
( UserId/PW stored in Wan page of modem )

How to post reduced size pictures?
I've already posted ADSL stats page,
Why are you asking for my modem/model/make/number etc?
My speedtest results is already in my signature.

How to post reduced size pictures?
depends on the application you use .
I've already posted ADSL stats page,
Why are you asking for my modem/model/make/number etc?
    Your modem has a
    new mod mode " Readsl"
Never came across this kind of mod mode.. That is why modem details were asked !

I am not on unlimited usage plan,
and avatars/signatures etc are all blocked.
The speeds shown in your signature.
Do you update daily ? or old one ?
will it remain constant for days ?
