Default Selfcare site showing multiple entries in usage

I just checked my usage in Selfcare portal and it was higher than that showing in the XLS file from data.bsnl.in. When I inspected further, I noticed that several entries (from 1st till 4th January) were entered twice and so the usage for those entries was double the actual usage. Also usage for February was already included and also saw some negative usage

In Hyderabad BSNL, I think they are
    struggling/testing the Software provided
    by ORACLE !
( may be say 80,000 users accounts
only in Hyderabad. May extend to AllIndia
    if successful )

Please post screenshot of XLS file from data.bsnl.in
How did you access it ? Another complication !!!

I cannot check in self care

Fine. You are right @vijaykhairnar only gave this website access.
    confirm your consumer number
is only 8 digits. 9/10/11/12 digits consumer numbers do not work.
If you present this XL file to Accts officer
they may be really surprised !
I think all sorts of transferring data is taking place, and errors creep in .
Finally you will see a message in data.bsnl.in
that usage data may be only Summary is
uploaded for billing purposes to different circles.
Special interest in the Direct XL pages.
whether the recording correctly changes over at 0200 AM and 0800 AM.
try a small d/l or surf say 0745 to 0815.AM

    @essbebe
My consumer number is 8 digits. I dont know if it works for 9 or more digits. I have noticed that most of the usages match in both the XLS and selfcare site. Recently I have observed that BSNL is not recording usage correctly at 2.00 i.e. session is not started at 2.00 and it is billed even in free period from 2.00-2.29 (dont know about 8.00 because I use scheduler and am asleep at that time)
