    Lightbulb Are there any alternatives to BSNL provided routers?

    although i am using DNA-A211-I and quite satisfied with it but still i wonder if there are any alternatives to my current router? if some day i would like to change it, what are my options other then the BSNL defaults?

    Depends on the ISP and speed of your connection.
    This model 3-in One is the lowest priced
    unit available.
    Other commercial similar models, like dlink/Linksys/Netgear/Buffalo etcwill cost almost double the price.

    similar to Beetel 220BX and Ut300r2U ( bsnl new : without portforwarding options !)

    As essbebe said BSNL provided modem is much cheaper than regular market ones.

    Apart from maybe a couple of options such as Port Forwarding (instead of just NAT/DMZ), the market modems will not provide any significant benefit.

    My advice is stick to the BSNL modem.
