Thread: plan change help

i have 599 combo bsnl broadband connection installed on 4th of jan 2010.
i want to change to 500c+ in which 2.5gb of download is allowed.
when i should apply for plan change, at the end of month or at starting of feb.
i have read the related post in the forum but it only included the case when we upgrade to higher plan.
Do we have to pay in advance when we opt for lower chargeable plans.
I am confused please help.
also what is my billing cycle as connection is installed on 4 of jan 2010.

I can say that users of BSNL ISP can apply for plan change any date of the month. They dont need to headache about it. After your apply of application for plan change your plan will be change in correct date by BSNL agent.

1. Bill on MONTHLY basis 1st to 30/31st feb 28/29
2. Telephone rental is charged for FULL month.
3. Broadband rent on pro rata basis.
4. Check Telephone rental for Home 500C+
and reduced free calls.
