Suggestions and Complaints is for This Broadband Forum and not for that complaints.Admin or Parminder Bhaiya plz shift this thread to BSNL Broadband.
Besides BSNL won't listen to ur complaints thats 99.9% sure.only 0.1% chance they would listen.
You post ur problem in BSNL Broadband Section and we will try to solve it.

tariff plan.
Nature of problem
Whether suddenly problem started.
Telephone working or not
( when you have problem in Broadband connection)
probably you may get a response even at 0100 hours here.!
3. Mention your location.
State will do.
Why you need to contact several times in the midnight/
if there was no response could have tried in the morning/afternoon/evening times.
Even assuming some one responds to your call, you could get a response
"Sir Please note down this complaint number. it will be attended to, at the earliest !"
Para two:
For telephone faults, here in Chennai
automated response system is in use.
H24 you get a response. Just dial/give the faulty telephone number.
Next morning BSNL staff will contact you around 10AM !
I was using my BB connection , but the telephone connection was dead.
Checked ring was going upto Exchange end , by
dialing my own number from Airtel L/L and Mobile phone.
