Thread: BSnl bill w.e.f july 2009

hello guys,
i am using this bsnl 500 home plan since july 2009&since then i have not recived a single bill....wen i call up 2 do representatives they say we dont have data now.....&lately i have been using lots of gbs...i am really worried about my bill.....wat sud i do?

Being BSNL, you are sure to get the bills sooner or later.......... Best thing to do will be to stay and monitor your usage limits atleast from now...........
It has been almost 6 months without bill..........
You are gonna a get a pretty good amount anyway.............

It is better that you try to get a bill. Otherwise a huge bill will come. Talk to the nodal officer or Appellate authority. Address and phone no on the backside of your bill.

Yar he dont have a bill to write his address and phone no on the backside of it.

Sorry. You can check at your relative or friends' bill.

Presume your BB connection is with ID abcd @bsnl.in
To check present usage or previous SIX months, you need a Usage portal ID and PW.
( to be obtained from your Exchange)

This will be a 14digit ID
example ID :abc98765062009
PW : password.
Log on to BSNL Portal
and check your usage.

To check usage you need your consumer number also.
Better to call the A.O of your exchange
or send an online complaint to

it feels i am to going to bill around 25,000-30,000 over this months....i am not a earning guy.....dunno wat wil happen wen i giv dis bill 2 my father...can we pay dis bill in installments...i am pawned!

You just need to go to BSNL office and negotiate with them. Normally they allow installments.

Your father is also responsible , for not checking up why the telephone bill has not been paid for last six months.
Or
may be he has opted for ECS and the bill is settled automatically. every month, and a printed bill is not sent by BSNL.

IN your State's BSNL web site: check any
facility to get details of telephone bill /s

Here in Chennai, I got the bill, and again a reminder service on Phone from BSNL, even
though I have opted for ECS years back and amount debited to my account on last day of the month.
