For your usage pattern: Home 750 recommended, if you don't
    mind the slower speed.
Your usage till 21st Jan 2010 only 29256.7 MB
    No charges to pay .
    In Home 500C and 500C+plans
    d/l free between 0200AM to 0800AM,
and you have to use schedulers.
Also free telephone calls 175 and 50 (?)

Check your usage portal and if speed increases , your plan
    has been changed.

It is very slow, for heavy browser it is ok plan, but for heavy downloader, it is like race between Horse & Turtle.
