Thread: BSNL plan change not showing in track order at BSNL portal

i've applied for a plan change on 15th jan
but when go to track order in bsnl portal it says order not found
it asks for user id which one portal or the one with which i connect the broadband

I think the plan change will be shown only after the last week of every month. May be they have not processed your request yet.

Go to data.bsnl.in, log in using your portal ID (not user ID) and password. Under post paid orders, enter the telephone no in the prescribed format, hit search. If possible, post the screen shot here.

Checked. It means they are yet to process your application. You need to check with the exchange where you gave the application. You may need to do some follow ups. Please edit the post and remove the link address. You have not blackened your personal details. Someone may misuse it.

Delete your bmp picture in Post No 3 immediately.

2. your usage till 21st Total 29256.7 MB chargeable 0 ( ZERO)

3. you are still on a U/L plan.

4. You should type the telephone No. as 25#xxxxxxxx

5. You have to enter your user id abcd @ bsnl.in
( the one you use to connect to Internet)

hey essbesse i 2 hv applied for plan change from home 250 to UL750/900 when i am checking on portal it says i ll b changed my plan from 24/01/2010 ie today & my previous plan status is closed its showing where as UL750 status showing provisioned wt 2 do....??? shall i use from 2day only na...?? hope todayz usage & fro ll b in UL 750... plz i wanna confirm ...thx in advance

Home 250 has a limit of 1 GB = 1024 MB.
for 23 days your free quota will be approx 700MB.
Any excess you have used will be charged,


Home 750 H24 d/l free.
If the speed has reduced you are in home 750 now.! "Provisioned means activated>
Check tomorrow the usage. the last column should show 0.

Mine 1.69Mbps and U/L 469 kbps ( should be Kbps)

mine says 256.9 kbps using dataone.in speed tester and mine 1Gb has been exceeded to around 2gb now so changed plan ..........

& through Airtel
download speed : 156 kbps
upload speed : 226 kbps

has it changed....????

if am not wrong when i had home250 plan that time when i checked the speed was around 1.46mbps or sum thing if i am not wrong...!!
