    Default Unable to Check Usage

    Hi,
    I am unable to check usage through "dataone.in"
    It says
    "
    Forbidden

    You don't have permission to access / on this server.
    "

    I am unable to check usage.......Please help me

    Please try here direct.
    presume your ID xxxxx @bsnl.in
    BSNL Portal
    Use 14digit Portal ID and PW password
    ( if you have not changed it earlier).
    The userID/PW will not allow you access to this site.
    Get it from your Exchange , if not done so far.

    Hope your location is NOT Hyderabad. Then a different site. Selfcare web site.

    I am still unable to open it, its just one week since I got the connection. Could you please guide me where I could check my usage statistics.

    1.You should ask your Exchange for the 14digit alpha numeric ID.
    example cra12304012010 password as password.

    In your telephone bill if consumer number is 8 digits,
    we can try in a different way. confirm . send PM.

    One more option: you register and BSNl will send you
    SMS or email about usage.

    You should get your portal ID. It is of the format abcXXX12052008

    call your exchange and they'll let you know your portal number
