Thread: Has My Bsnl Plan Changed

I had applied for a plan change from ul750 to home500 on the 15th of this month
last night my download speed suddenly increased from 30kbps to 180kbps
new month has not started yet how can the plan be changed
i tried to dial 1500 & 197 to confirm but both numbers r out of order
my telephone connection comes under kalyan telecom
any other helpline no please

Did you checked in data.bsnl.in ? There are reports from users whose plan change happened before 1st.

Your plan has not changed officially. Don't use until it shows provisioned. Check the usage details and check chargeable units. Does it shows zero ?

Make follow ups with the office where you gave the application. Your application is still to be processed.

if its still not processed how did the speed jump from 30kbps to 180-190kbps

Just check with them. For us they are BSNL, but for the technical section and administration section are like India and Pakistan. If technical section approved they should have posted an effective date by now and the usage details won't be zero.
