    Thanks for the link Rep+ ( you should get 13 additional points
    check and confirm !)
    You remember I had the same complaint
    about thatstamil site.
    1.
    I found out the solution with Tweak Master.
    after almost a week of trial and error methods.
    The DNS stored. for the affected web site was deleted.
    and all became normal.
    2.
    you can also try
    ipconfig /flushdns
    ipconfig /renew

    Feedback.

    Funny thing is when I tried to download the TweakMaster free version, it said that it's not available to download from my country.

    However, I got it from cnet... Thanks for the information.. maybe useful if I face this issue.

    @itsmemad

    I think even copy from Cnet valid for 30 days or 30 times
    trial.
    The freedownload/license offer is condition with TRIALPAY ,
    buy some other product in U.S.
    Buy one Get one free !
    formula.
    The message said " Not available in this country "
    meaning India may be.

    Para two:
    will await feedback from @deepmohan

    I have noticed that several sites don't load because of improper DNS settings. The default DNS servers provided by BSNL causes problem sometimes. Using Open DNS servers solves a lot of issues.

    To change the DNS server:-
    1) Goto Control Panel -> Network Connections
    2) Right Click on the your BSNL connection and open properties
    3) Go to 'Networking' tab
    4) Select Internet Protocal(TCP/IP) and click Properties button
    5) Click on Use the following DNS server addresses (radio button)
    On the enter these two DNS addresses
    208.67.222.222
    208.67.220.220

    Thanks @essbebe @itsmemad @thats_me

    I am not sure whether it was a problem from bsnl side or jet side, you guys checked it in the morning time, 9:45AM i am also able to open the site without any changes to my settings.

    If any one could have checked it in the night would have cleared the scenario.

    @essbebe

    Special thanks for Rep+++++++ 's
