    Default difficulty surfing usage details

    actually the reason is previously my id was something like this xxxxxx_hyd, due to frequent disconnection the BSNL ppl changed my ID to something like this id40xxxxxxx and also my usage details site changed, first it worked quite good. The website i used to check my usage details was something like this 10.xx.xxx.xx and it was also very easy to check the details, now it is

    Please delete large jpg 120 KB . reduce the size please.
    @admin may disable annexure/s if such large screen shots
    are posted by members
    or upload and give only the link.

    You can try this:
    1.
    substitute your Consumer number for 2000xxxx( seen in telephone bill. Only 8 digit numbers seem to work )

    UsageReport.jsp

    2.
    If your Ip is 59.xx.xx.xx
    try the old 10.xx.xx.xx websites.
    3.
    Have you registered in http://bbusage.bsnl.in ?
    for email and or sms in cellphone about usage ?

    after registration download
    http://bbusage.bsnl.in/app/v1.2/bbusage.exe
    only Ip 117.xx.xx.xx accepted.

    4> use FireFox Browser and DataFox add on, and try. if not working give feedback.

    5. Try again in selfcare page for Hyderabad BB users.

    @jaishankar
    1.confirmed , you cannot access data.bsnl.in directly and check your usage. ( DF based on this portal)
    2.
    Download application NEtworX, to monitor your usage, with over quota warning.
    Not linked to bsnl portal.

    3.As a Hyderabad user , data.bsnl.in also will not work.
    Go to selfcare page .
    For Hyderabad users seperate usage portal
    Scroll message appears in portal.

    This post has already been moved to the proper forum by admin. It was earlier in "suggestions & complaints" forum, I think.
