    First confirm these.
    You are using "Dialer" mode
( enter UserId and PW in window of computer)
or "Always on PPPoE' mode .
( UserID/PW stored in WAn page of modem )
    2. connected to Internet and able to surf ?
    3.The laptop WLAN card used?
    4. Whether you had set up a Network/wireless LAN in your computer(laptop)

    Feedback.

    REF: download usermanual if needed.

(a)I can surf via my laptop (using LAN Card ),
    (b)my wireless LAN is working
    Does your Router Device Info
    show wireless card details.

    (b)
You have said WLAN working in laptop.
Not possible without some one making settings in the wireless part. of the router.
In "Available Wireless Networks" does yours, appear as Unsecured /secured ?

I can switch off my wifi WGR614 V6 and still access any unsecured wifi network in range .
Unfortunately , now all are secured !

22.6 KB WI5 needs dialer of ISP.

    An unusual problem.
    TRY
    192.168.1.1./main.html
    or
    192.168.1.1/wancfg.cmd
Wireless menu to appear under Advanced options.
    Feedback.

but my Question is Device info doesn't show wireless option
Would you mind, posting the screen shot of the Device Info page. JPG picture only.
    or
    please confirm
    Board ID is 96338W.
The Screenshot I had posted also does not show the wireless board details. Checking up.
    I don't have this modem/router/WIFI.
    2.
    Did you try this:?
    192.168.1.1/wancfg.cmd

Noted the FW details and software version.

Could be because of different FW and software versions.
In my post one version ( similar Hardware board for WA3002-G4)does not show
wireless details, whereas the other one
    lists the wireless driver details.
unfortunately I don't have either modem.

Will update , if any new info is available.

If Wireless is working no need for FW upgrades.
Risk of Router becoming "DUD" by using FW versions from different sources.
Wait for a user having your router to respond.

Is the only problem that you can't access wireless network setup page? Try different URLs like 192.168.1.1.home1.html.
Because mine one is also ZTE modem (no wifi) but even it doesn't show port forwarding, DHSP, IP routing, SNTP client, backup like options in default page (192.168.1.1). I can only access them from http://192.168.1.1/home1.html page. On default page, it only displays few basic options.
Certainly there would be any URL to access all available features of your modem.
