Do you have a wifi modem. If yes, try with that. Otherwise connect them in LAN cable with sharing internet. One system could act as server.

No, U don't need to purchase new modem if u use existing modem with inbuilt Lan ports like 4 ports (Tkd MTNL for my cases )
    depend upon Model of modem

for this only u 've to buy 135 meters lan wire to connect through modem to PC

Other method Network sharing but u must On ur Main comp. to access second PC

    regards

    1. I have bsnl broadband connection and ut300rtu modem.
2.I want to share the single broadband connection with two computers
3.in different places the distance around 135 mtrs.
4.Suggest me the cheapest possible solution.

5.Do I need to purchase another modem if it is the only solution .
6.Is it necessary to buy same ut300rtu modem
    or
.I could use modem like beetel 450tc1 with second pc.
    Suggestions:
    4.
Ask Telephone Department to provide a parallel telephone connection at the location which is 135 meters away.
( cost of rj11 telephone cable approx Rs 400/= )
    5.
Connect with additional ADSl splitter/ modem ( ANY )/computer and surf.
In this only one computer/location can work at a time..
    6.
For using in WIFI mode at this distance at the same time is a costly affair.
    TEST:
If you have a cordless Phone, try Paging /or Intercom from a distance of 135 meters !
The Wireless signals of Cordless handset is comparable to the wifi data signals.

Thanks for all to spend their time for me.I think essbebe's answer is close to my circumstance.I already connected both the locations and telephone is working in both sites.I like the Beetel modem because it has more features like wifi and 4 ports in the backside. But I don't know whether the modem can co exist with ut300rtu modem because I think we should assign some setting for every modem to recognize it properly then only we could connect to internet in my case bsnl officials already assigned my phone connection to modem ut300rtu is it necessary to buy another ut300rtu or any other like beetel 450tc1.If I use different make other than my current modem (ut300rtu) is it possible to connect internet without any problem.

Yes, any model of ADSL2+ can configure with BSNL ISP.
You have WIFI router beetel 450tc1 then why you are going to connect through cable. Purchase a wireless LAN card and install it. You can easily share the single broadband connection with two computer in different places in distance around 135 mtrs where your router support 200 mtrs.

Thank u for your suggestion I use only one pc at a given time also I don't want to switch on both computer at the same time to use it for connecting to internet.I already have ut300rtu modem and laid telephone cable to use the telephone in both places. If I buy wireless LAN card mean it will lead to another investment (more than Rs.750).It would be better if there is a solution to use any one computer to connect to internet without keep other system switched on.Is it possible to use different modem in two places like ut300rtu and beetel 450bx1 or I should only use two ut300rtu modem.

    You can use different modems/routers.
Beetel 450TCI is similar to WA3002-G1.
Please check Calcutta Bsnl site for settings.
