    Default User name and Service id

    I have new BSNL broadband connection.I hv changed my service password . Now I am able to login with new password. I want to log in to my messaging portal. It is asking for user name and password. My query is that for BSNL broadband is there any separate user id other than service id to log in messaging portal ?

    Yes. You need your portal ID. It is a14 digit I D of the format abcxxx25102008.

    Make a call and check with the local exchange. They keep it in their records.

    @ajk1967
    Set One UserID and PW to connect to Internet
    Set two: 14digit Alphanumeric ID and PW password ( get it from Exchange )
    Usage portal BSNL Portal
    Set three : for email use ( messaging portal ?)
    abcd1234 @ bsnl.in PW : default by BSNL
    ( get it from Exchange)
    More later for selfcare portal!
