From which place you are, in rural areas the telephone bill is given for 2 months i remember when i was in such a place.

Even in rural areas, the bill is monthly. But there are exceptions.

When I did not have broadband bills used to come every 2 months. After getting BB it was automatically changed to monthly. But there are some places where bills still come every 2 months.
