Thread: How to activate wifi in my modem..??

Hi frnds i have a PC and i am having a +2 modem WA3002G4
and i am having PSP i need to use wifi in my psp can any 1 tell me how to activate wifi in my modem..!!
MY psp only detects the wifi signal.. so i need my modem to release wifi signal so plz tell me how to activate my modem to releast wifi signals..!!

would you not have to connect your modem to a WiFi router?

You should enable DHCP in the LAN page.

Then your PSP will detect the name ofWIFI network you have given.

open your internet explorer and go to 192.168.1.1 and write ID and Password as "admin" without quotes........
go to wireless and there select basics and then Enable Wifi there............

Whether (a) you have a Desktop or laptop computer ?
2.
Whether you can surf the Internet in WIFI mode ?
3.
If so what is the name you have given for your wifi network ?
4.
Does it appear in your PSP? ( Model number ?)
5.
Copy/Paste this data here.

one more thing to make sure is if you are in pppoe mode i.e. your internet works as soon as you switch on your modem and that you do not use a dialer in windows to connect
