    Step1:
You have to reset the modem to factory defaults.
( check microswitch in the rear or bottom near right leg of modem small round hole )
    Step 2:
Refer this link for modem/router/wifi settings
    http://www.indiabroadband.net/bsnl-b...reference.html (UTSTAR WA3002-G4 quick reference).

    Step 3 :
If you still cannot access the modem settings.
    START NETWORK LAN
    Properties
    Network settings window opens
    Select TCP/IP
    Properties
    Enter
    192.168.1.1
    255.255.255.0
    192.168.1.1
    dns
    8.8.8.8
    208.67.222.222
    Apply Save.
    Then try.
    Feedback.

OMG... One thing I must say that due to BSNL, people increase their knowledge... A noob can become a smart technician in just couple of months... As we learn a lot when we are on our own...

I completely agree dude..............I only had to fix my router after reset by googling.............The customer care follow only one procedure no matter what problem is. Googling is much faster and better then wasting time calling them..

If you are a BSNL broadband customer, then you have only one choice. Join IBF. Nothing else will keep you updated of various actions of BSNL.

Please correct first Ip as 192.168.1.10
