    Exclamation bsnl home 500 giving speed like ul750

    hi,i live in ujjain and recently applied to change my plan from ul750 plus to home 500 which promises speed upto 2mbps.my plan has been changed but i still get 29-32KBps while downloading which should be the speed of 256k connection?any suggestions

    Go to data.bsnl.in, under post paid orders, enter the phone no in the prescribed format and hit search. Note that the phone no should be entered in the format 22#2565656 for 022 -2565656. Post the screen shot after blackening personal details.

    When did your plan got changed ? Please refer

    assasin go to your Router's GUI web pages and cheak your Line speed. For Download it should be 2048Kbps or above and for upload 25Kbps or above.

    line rate is 7996 kbps download and 509 kbps upload

    Your Plan policy has not change yet so you get the 256kbps

    Your new plan is still to come into effect. Check for the status as provisioned instead of Open.
