I too use UL 750. 25 - 30 KBps is normal speed. Hope you know the difference between Kbps and KBps.

1 KBps = 8 Kbps

32 KBps = 256 Kbps

Torrents speed depends upon seeds and leeches.

so try with good ones.

and now a days torrents are being less on seeds.

if u are in PPPoE mode then u need to forward port.so try port forwarding.

also try tcp optimizer.
