Thread: broadband account activation querry

i applied for change of broadband plan from 250 to 750+(unlimited),,
i am not sure whether it is activated or not..the customer care says it is activated but on my portal its still showing plan 250..and also i am getting speeds upto 220 kb/s which is not possible in unlimited plans,,,


plz tell me to find another way to confirm my plan.

Go to data.bsnl.in and check under postpaid orders. Refer

login using bb portal id (usually 14)

click on view your post paid usage ,the actual plan details will be availabe in the portal

the bsnl cc can help you to find out your billing plan

the home unlimited plan 750 + offers speed up to 256 kb/s

Log in and to see Postpaid
"My Orders" etc .Need consumer number as shown in your telephone bill.
2.Confirm you are not from Hyderabad.
