Thread: Forgot Portal ID Lost

Sir,

I have lost my DAtaone Portal ID and Password. Please note that I have completely changed the original user details that was provided to me by BSNL and created new for easy access but after a month I could not remember the new one.

I have only the original user detail but I am unable to access by using the same.
How to recover??

You need to do a ID reset. Unfortunately only BSNL Engineers can do this. Call customer care / local exchange and request of ID and password reset.

Thank you for prompt reply. my another problem is that my family members can not explain the situation and I am not living in in india.. only my family members are using the internet and I am keep checking the usage just to prevent excess use than 1GB.

I would like to know the concerned department/person's email adress to whom I can send my request.

Email follow ups wont work in India. Suggest somebody in the family to call customer care and get the concerned person's no. Or you can call to customer care from abroad and explain the issue. It is better to handle it through phone or in person.
