Thread: Help me on home 750 unlimited plan

I get download speed never more than 30 kbps, but my friend uses home 750 plan and he gets full download speed 256kbps...why am I not getting enoush speed, is my connection really broadband or are they cheating me with dial up connection in the name of broadband? Please help.

You are getting 30 KB/s which means 30*8 kbps = 240 Kbps in 256 plan.
Which is fine.........

If it is 30 Kbps, then try to download a file directly with a downloader and see how much speed are you getting.

it's india people when talk dont understand between KBps and kbps . be carefull of small traps . how ever if u need more speed why dont u check the EVDO signal at your area it can provide speed upto 3 mbps

Man another guy to explain the difference between kbps and kBps.

u can only get this much speed in UL750.
