Thread: Internet connection in Windows Vista

I am not able to connect to Internet in Windows Vista OS.

ISP is BSNL Dataone.

Modem UTSTARCOM WA3002G4

Tried with the CD supplied to configure getting an error Modem Not Detected

Please help in this regard to find out the reason (is it with OS or ISP)

New window opens

Check your firewall settings. Which firewall do you use ? Disable it and try.

is it a USB modem???

and did it work fine on ur previous OS????
