    Default Some more settings

Please delete all acess points from your mobile and you have no need to set up your mobile and no need to make any new acess point
When you connect wifi first time then your mobile automaticaly creats new acess point.
Only you have to set up your modem in PPPoE mod

    try again

    @indergagan

Please confirm your WIFI is working in your laptop.
The same network name should appear in your phone .

For BSNL VPI VCI is 0 and 35.

Para two : screenshot for laptop wifi connections.

    1. Configure your modem in PPPoE.

    2. Enable DHCP in your modem.

    3. In the TCP/IP properties of your connection, set " Obtain IP address automatically ".

You are in bridge mode in which only you can connect one device to internet that is why you are not able to connect through your mobile to share internet connection among multiple devices like desktop, laptop, mobile,PDA you need to configure your modem in PPPoE mode. Then only you can share internet connection.

Configuring your modem in PPPoE mode is explained in the post NO.1

Do as per the link provided by Essbebe and
In the WAN setup page where you are putting Username and Password after putting in these two the third row consists of "PPoE service name" there put "PPoE LLC" and it should work.
    Mine worked with it.

    1. Delete the dialer and create a new one.

    2. It seems you are still in bridge (dialer) mode. Switch to PPPoE.

Default How to Connect Nokia E63 to BSNL Wifi Router?

    Hi Friends,

I have just purchase Nokia E63. I can connect my Desktop computer with wireless 802.11b network adapter and Lenovo Laptop N100 Series to BSNL Broadband through Wireless ADSL Router. But, for this, I have to fill Username and password for browsing internet from my computer. And I have special IP Address too for Bowering Internet from BSNL Wireless ADSL Router. Therefor, For browsing internet from my BSNL Wifi Router, I must have to fill up IP Address of BSNL Server and lastly user name and password in my PPPoE Dialer in computer. Now, How I can connect my Nokia E63 to BSNL Wifi Router through Wi-Fi without entering any IP Address on it? I can configure my BSNL Wifi Router to browser Internet without entering any Username and Password for PPPoE Dialer. But still, I must provide unique IP address of My BSNL server for connecting this mobile to Wireless internet Browsing. My Nokia E63 detects my BSNL Wifi Router easily. But I can not serve internet through it without entering my dialer user name and passpord and IP address of my BSNL Server on my Nokia E63 handset. Can I serve internet on my mobile through wifi networking from my Lenovo Laptop?

    Please Help.

    1.
Presume you have the old adsl modem only and can use it to connect to Internet.( mention model/make/number )
    2.
    In your computer
    Start network

    LAN Properties
    Network settings page
    Select TCP/Ip
    properties
    enter
    192.168.1.10
    255.255.255.0
    192.168.1.1

    dns 8.8.8.8
    208.67.220.220
    Apply Save.

    3
.Now try wa 3002_g4 with ip address 192.168.1.1 admin admin
If unable to open menu pages
    See link 192.168.1.1 below.
    OR
    RESET to Factory settings.
    Try again.

    4.
For setting see signature link WA3002_g4 . some.Link/s have screen shots mode
    and VPI/VCI for BSNL 0 and 35.
Connect in PPP/PPPoE mode. Store UserID/PW in modem WAN page.
Enable DHCP ( In LAN page ) give range 192.168.1.3 to say 192.168.1.15.
    Try without any security key.
    Try WEP security key.

Post wifi connection to nokia E63 in bridge mode

    Hi,
Can anybody pls tell me how I can connect my nokia E63 to bsnl broadband while bsnl modem is configured in bridge mode. I know it is easy if I uncheck bridge mode and enter user name & password in bsnl modem. But some times I need to connect a voip router to bsnl modem , it works only in bridge mode.so I have to keep bsnl modem in bridge mode.I dont want to connect voip router and E63 simultaneously.

Mention the OS you use. If using Windows 7 Home Premium or above, you can use " Connectify " in your laptop /desktop with USB wifi adapter (costs around Rs. 900 on ebay).

Otherwise you need to be in PPPoE to share the connection.

    Hi
    Dear Friends.
    Sorry for any late replay.
I am busy in my website.

There is more info about this topic -
    1. You need a mobile with WIFI. It does not matter which mobile it is.
    2. WIN 7 has a different control panel. But setting are same, Only you need to find LOCAL AREA CONNECTION.
3.There is no Support from BSNL EXCHANGE for this topic, So you have to do with your own clicks.
4.If you have any problem in accessing Model settings, Just change your PC IP to
    192.168.1.2
    255.255.255.0
Afetr settings done change it to automatic
5.After all settings you not need Dial any connection from your pc.
6.There is no way to connect any mobile without PPPoE mod.

The wifi/router is same for any adsl connection. not needed for your connection All links given for screen shots ref.
Using it as switch now and wifi may work.

simply connect, if you had set a wifi connection earlier
Immaterial to which ISP you used it
It is presumed you have set up a WLAN in your laptop.
    Mention OS used.

my OS is windows xp (sp3) on my desktop and win 7 in my laptop....
currently i have connected my internet to desktop via the modem (which is acting like a switch)...

Its like we have to program the modem form internet to activate the wlan in it...!!!

    @mukeshraj
In a thread having so many posts, it is better to give all details about your setup again and the problem faced.
Understand you have NOkia Siemens Networks wifi router. 1600??
Probably same as WA3002_g4 ( see my signature link )
    Your ISP ?
Check the MTU value . Normally 1492.
Use google dns 8.8.8.8. and 8.8.4.4.

    Feedback.

If Google is working on other devices, there is nothing wrong in your WiFi settings. Change different MTU values (start from 1480 and add values by 10), see which one is working.

First of all I would like to thanks lovepreet39 for such detailed information. It helped me to connect my Nokia N8 to my BSNL ADSLII modem. Now the problem is that, if I configure modem to PPPoE mode, my mobile as well as Laptop gets connected, but I get an error code "676: The Phone line is busy" while trying to connect my PC which is connected with the modem via wire. If I turn on the bridge mode, I am unable to connect my Nokia N8 to the internet through wi-fi. So it seems like every time I need to change the settings to PPPoE or Bridge mode if I want to connect to Nokia N8 or PC respectively. Can you please help me with some settings where both my PC and Nokia N8 will work, not simultaneously, but any one of it without changing the protocol mode to PPPoE or Bridge specifically. Is there any way to do that? Your earliest reply is highly solicited.
