pls can any one upload softare image file of UtstaWA3002G4cos my software is corrupted pls i will be gratefull

Please report what is the problem.
Whether you were connecting to internet earlier , and now suddenly you are having some problem.

If Modem/router is on rent or purchased outright approach CC BSNL for replacement

Post the Device Info of the model.
Showing software version, if you can access the modem pages.

did you try updating firmware? it usually shouldn't screw up automatically!! even if it does (without updating ) then a RESET should help

he wants to update Firmware and needs the FW file.
He has made up his mind that only FW will work.
Usually new members , KNOW what they WANT, and resent any questions .
But no harm in trying !!!!
I did not suggest RESET,
without confirming from him , whether he is getting connected to internet or not.

actually i was doin some configuration with my wa3002g4 router modem suddebly was gone after power came i was unanble to connect to modem. i did reset to it when connected router homepage with 192.168.1.1 I couldnt see anything i called the bsnl technition he told me my router is doomed i should buy a new router modem then i went to my sir where i am studying ccna he told reset the modem when 4 5 times i did it i got a page upload the software so i uploaded the software and did the setting it started to work fine but there was no wireless option when i explored the cd i got the cd of UT3002u type 1 not a single hyd bsnl personel know what is software SO PLS ANYONE HAVE THE FILE PLS UPLOAD ITS FILE TYPE WILL BE (._fs_kernel) PLS UPLOAD
